AntiChrist
Big ideaThe antichrist spirit isn’t horns and smoke — it’s “Christ plus,” the old serpent’s call to add to a finished gospel. The command is to hold the line and abide in the fire till His glory appears.
Children, the hour is closing in.
The test of antichrists will now begin.
They went out from us — now we see,
Parasites feed on true belief.
No fang or claw, just cancer’s breath,
They feed on life, excrete death.
False lights burn in cathedral halls,
Each new antichrist, the old serpent’s call.
Many voices, one deception.
Many faces, one infection.
From within the holy place,
They put a mask on saving grace.
Hold the line — abide in the fire.
Don’t bow down to the world’s desire.
Jesus plus nothing — the cry of the true.
The cross is enough — it pushes through.
Hold the line — till His glory appears.
Abide in Christ, not unbelief’s fear.
Christ plus law, Christ plus fame,
Christ plus free will — it’s all the same.
From Rome to the desert, from séance to screen,
They sell you a god they can keep clean.
Newer is truer, the age declares,
But the root still lives while the road despairs.
Modern prophets, old disguise,
Trading truth for alibis.
One ethos, one design —
To steal His crown, to blur the line.
They preach of light, but dark they bring.
Adding to Christ — a terrible thing.
Hold the line — abide in the fire.
Don’t add gold to the blood of the Sire.
Stay with the truth you knew from the start.
The anointing burns in the faithful heart.
Hold the line — till the heavens ignite.
Abide in the Lion — ye sons of the Light!
Hear the whispers, slick and sly:
Old things die — let progress fly.
But roots run deep in sacred ground.
The oldest Word still shakes the sound.
Chronos laughs, but saints don’t fade.
The truth you knew — the price He paid.
The beast may rise, the stars may fall,
But Christ remains — He conquers all!
Don’t grow bored
With what you had from beginning.
No new Christs, the original is winning.
To add something new is deadly sinning.

How the song moves
Key terms & allusions
- antichrist — In John’s letters, not a single end-times figure but the spirit of any teaching that denies or dilutes the Son (1 John 2:18, 22).
- “Christ plus” / adding to Christ — The recurring danger — a “Jesus plus” gospel, which Paul calls “another gospel” and pronounces anathema (Galatians 1:6–9).
- “from séance to screen” — The song’s sweep of counterfeits across history — from the occult to the algorithm.
- Chronos — Greek for time itself: “Chronos laughs, but saints don’t fade” — the newer is not the truer.
- “Abide in the Lion, ye sons of the Light” — “Sons of light” is 1 Thessalonians 5:5; “the Lion” nods to the Lion of Judah (Revelation 5:5).

- “They went out from us.” Why does the most dangerous error so often come from inside the church?
