an Italian word
for “get to work-O.”
It’s a keyboard exercise
for dexterity,
but that idea carries farther
into eternity.

The sweat is the sacrament,
the labor the liturgy.
Formation feels boring,
but it’s forging fidelity.

it’s opposed to the flex.

it redeems what’s next.
